SPECIAL EDUCATION ENDOWMENT AT AGE 21 (End. 21).  Under this plan, the member pays dues up to age 21.  At the attained age of twenty-one years,
the Ukrainian Mutual Benefit Association of St. Nicholas of Canada pays to the member the full amount of benefit, and he ceases to be a member.  In the
event of death prior to attained age 21 the amount of benefit is payable to the beneficiaries.  Members are admitted from three months to 11 years
of age, inclusive. 

15 YEAR ENDOWMENT (15 End.)  Under this plan, the member pays dues for a period of 15 years.  At the end of the 16th year,
the Ukrainian Mutual Benefit Association of St. Nicholas of Canada pays to the member the full amount of benefit, and he ceases to be a member. 
In the event of death during the 15 year period, the amount of the benefit is payable to the beneficiary.  Members are admitted from 0 to 60 years
of age inclusive.

 
20 YEAR ENDOWMENT (20 End.) is a plan of insurance where members dues are paid for 20 years.  After 20 years, the sum insured is paid in cash
to the member. In the event of death, the sum insured is paid to the beneficiary.

ENDOWMENT AT AGE 65 (End. 65) is a plan of insurance where members dues are payable to age 65.  At age 65, the sum insured is paid in cash
to the member.  In event of death before age 65, the sum insured is paid to the beneficiary.  Under this plan members are admitted
between ages 0 and 55.
